Tsavo National Park

Tsavo National Park – is the largest park in Kenya and was established on 01st April 1948. The park was later split into two Tsavo East and Tsavo West and they are divided by the main Mombasa – Nairobi highway. The park has the largest herds of elephnants . Tsavo East is an easily accesible and very popular park.Wildlife Elephants,rhino, buffaloslions,cheetahand many others.The Park has over 500 recordrd bird species.Tsavo West National Park covers approximately 30 per cent ok Kenya’s park area. The park habitats include open plain alternating with savanah bush and semi desert shrub. Predators are found ,lions,leopards , cheetah wild dogs crocodiles hyrax.The park has Mzima springs in the northern of the park water that has filtered underground from the chyulu hills gushes from below a lava ridge into a series of clear pools.

Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park

Depart from your hotel in the morning and precede on your 2 Days Tsavo-East-National-park  Drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi high way to the first gate of Tsavo East National park, Bachuma gate.

Embark on your first game drive in search of Elephants, Buffalos, Cheetahs, Giraffe, Antelopes and various species of birds etc. Visit the famous Aruba dam where lots of game can be found especially during the hot season.

There after proceed to your safari lodge/ camp for lunch/check in. Afternoon game drives to follow at 15.30 hrs. till sun set. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or l camp

Day 2: Tsavo East National Park – Mombasa

Early morning game drives before breakfast. Return for breakfast and depart from your lodge/camp and proceed for the mid-morning game drive in this vast national park in search of the big five. There after drive back to Mombasa arriving in the evening to your hotel.
