Day 1:Arusha
Day One : Arrival at Kilimanjaro airport driver /guide will meet you and your family after normal immigration formalities, there after you will be transferred to Four Points by Sheraton hotel on half board meal plan this will take 1 hour. On your way if the weather will be clear you will have a superb view of Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru as you drive by the country side.
Day 2:Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Day Two: between 08.00 and 8.30am after your breakfast you will be met by our safari driver/ guide at the hotel lounge and check out for Tarangire National Park, this will take about 2 hours. Arrive in Tarangire National Park for your first encounter with wildlife from the pop-up roof of your safari 4×4 land cruiser vehicle, a stop at picnic site or private under acacia tree for your lunch then proceed with game drive up to sunset. Check in at Tangarire Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 :Tarangire National Park
Day Three: Sunrise game drive in Tarangire park starts as from 6:30am before breakfast to enable you get the best view, back to the lodge for late breakfast/check out and proceed with game drive, late afternoon drive to your lodge and check in at Octagon lodge /overnight at Octagon lodge
Day 4 : Tarangire – Lake Manyara
Day Four : It’s a good day to adventure in Lake Manyara park, you can break the day with morning wildlife nature walk at an extra fees of $65 each person (optional) break for lunch and resume game drive 04.00 pm, till late evening and drive back for dinner and overnight at Octagon lodge.
Day 5 : Lake Manyara – Serengeti
Day Five: The long day drive full with adventures on the way to Serengeti park, drive through Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority where optional stops for cultural visit to Masai villages and Olduvai Gorge, this comes with extra cost just in case you want to explore these areas. We hit Serengeti gate by noon for lunch break, hence full game exploration and sunset finds us at the center of Serengeti park. Check in at Seronera Wildlife lodge for dinner and Overnight.
Day 6 :Serengeti
Day Six : This day can be broken into two sections (sunrise and sunset) or full day game drive from morning to evening. Don’t forget the taste of hot air balloon flight at $560 each extra optional. After which you will return to Seronera Wildlife Lodge for diner and overnight.
Day 7:Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Day Seven : It starts at 6 am with just a cup of coffee then off we go for sunrise game drive till 08.30am, back to the lodge for late breakfast and we check out, en-route game drive to the rim of Ngorongoro crater check in at Ngorongoro Safari Lodge for diner and overnight.
Day 8 :Ngorongoro
Day Eight: The long awaited day to Ngongoro Crater is here, breakfast at 6.00am check out for a descent down the volcanic caldera of Ngorongoro for all big five search, Lunch is served at the shores of Magadi lake, late afternoon ascend up and drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Octagon lodge.
Day 9:Ngorongoro – Lake Eyasi
Day Nine : After breakfast check out from Octagon Lodge and drive to Lake Eyasi where amazing cultural experience of the Bushmen awaits you. These are the few remaining indigenous whose full life style is in the bush living a life of hunters and gatherers, visit the blacksmith, haberlist, hiding caves etc, the tales will be told in the evening before dinner and overnight at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge.
Day 10 :Lake Eyasi –Arusha – Zanzibar
Day Ten : Why not join the bushmen for food search! Go hunting in the morning for daily food, the activity ends by 09.00am As you get back to the lodge for late breakfast and then leave Lake Eyasi to Arusha and later fly to Zanzibar Island to arrive in the evening and check in at Zanzibar bay beach Resort on All inclusive meal plan
Day 11:Zanzibar
Day Eleven: Spend full day relaxing at Zanzibar bay beach resort
Day 12:Zanzibar
Day Twelve: You can choose to spend the whole day at the hotel or have an option of visiting a Spice farm and stone town at an extra cost@ 50 USD per adult and 25 USD per child
Day 13 :Zanzibar – airport
Day Thirteen Standard check out is at 10.00 am and catch your flight from Zanzibar back home.
